Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Durant, OK to provide pharmaceutical care, counsel patients, and administer immunizations while upholding regulatory standards. You will lead in delivering quality, patient-centered services in a fast-paced environment and support the pharmacy team in delivering compassionate care.

Applicants should hold a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, be licensed, and have immunization training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (or equivalent).
• Pharmacy license by job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.
• Counsel customers regarding healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Model and provide guidance to the pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches.
