CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support the Pharmacy Manager and lead Pharmacy Support Staff in daily operations. You will oversee patient safety, regulatory compliance, and workflow while delivering compassionate, high‑quality care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where you are employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient safety and quality assurance in daily pharmacy operations.
• Uphold regulatory requirements and company policies across the pharmacy.
• Oversee inventory management, workflow, and loss prevention measures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clinical support to patients.
• Lead and develop Pharmacy Support Staff and ensure optimal staffing.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
