Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead patient care and pharmacy operations, supporting the Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacy Technician staff. You will ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and patient safety while driving service quality and profitability.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, staff development, and implementing patient care programs to improve health outcomes in a community setting. A state pharmacy license and immunization certification are required.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

• $60.00 - $76.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
