Job summary

Walmart Pharmacy in Lompoc, CA is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide compassionate pharmaceutical care, dispense prescriptions accurately, and counsel patients to support their wellbeing.

You will administer immunizations, ensure HIPAA compliance, mentor staff, and engage with the community while aligning with Walmart policies and patient-first values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD; NABP FPGE equivalence.

Salary

The hourly wage range for this position is $47.12 - $82.69* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
