CVS Rx Services, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Wilmington, DE: Dispense drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners and provide information to patients about medications and their use.

Responsibilities

• compound and dispense medications issued by authorized medical practitioners
• address clinical effects of drugs, providing counseling, and assisting patients in managing medical conditions
• communicate with customers and patients regarding their confidential health and drug information
• adopt and manage patient care programs
• lead with heart by displaying empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues on your team
• motivate, inspire and develop your pharmacy support staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues strengths, address development opportunities and decrease knowledge gaps
• identify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy
• implement solutions by leading team to achieve specified goals

Requirements

Pay Range: $124800.00/year to $165984.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
