Walmart Inc. Woodbury, MN is seeking a pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, accurately dispensing prescriptions, and counseling customers on health care needs. Documentation and confidentiality are essential to meet practice standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license must be active by job entry date.
• Completion of ACPE Accredited Immunization training.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately dispense prescription orders and counsel customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and required documentation for controlled medications.
• Provide immunizations and patient care in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes.
• Ensure SOPs, HIPAA compliance, and safety/quality assurance measures are followed.
