Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Indiana to provide patient-centered care, counsel patients, and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations. You will support the Pharmacy Manager and supervise Pharmacy Support Staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of quality and service.

The role emphasizes leading patient care programs, collaborating with healthcare teams, and delivering safe, efficient pharmaceutical services in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

In addition to supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, you are accountable for supporting the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

A key component of the Staff Pharmacist role is keeping your customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. Additionally, you will:

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60.00 - $76.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
