Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for an onsite, multi-month contract in Memphis, TN. The role requires a Tennessee-licensed pharmacist with a PharmD or ACPE-accredited BS in Pharmacy and 1+ year of experience across retail, specialty, mail order, hospital, or fulfillment settings.

You will compound and dispense medications, supervise technicians, and uphold regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of prescription medications while maintaining compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Review and interpret physician orders, identify potential medication concerns, and apply clinical judgment to support safe patient outcomes.
• Oversee fulfillment operations to maintain quality, efficiency, and accuracy across the dispensing process.
• Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians, helping develop a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Monitor medication therapies and recommend interventions to promote patient safety.
• Resolve operational and clinical challenges by applying professional judgment and established procedures.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, quality, and service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant pharmacy environment following infection control and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed of current pharmacy practices, regulations, and industry developments to support ongoing operational excellence.

Job description

Duration: 06+ months+ Possible Extension

Onsite role

• Schedule: Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, & every other Saturday 4am-noon.


• They would get Friday off when they work that Saturday

Overview:

• Will start with a 6-month contract. Ideally starting in November through May of 2027


• There is a high potential to extend, and they are looking to convert to FTE

Required skills:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program.


• 1+ year of pharmacist experience in a retail, specialty, mail order, hospital, or fulfillment pharmacy setting.


• As a Staff Pharmacist you will be responsible for compounding and dispensing medications within corporate and regulatory guidelines.


• In addition, maintain daily production, quality and service levels, vary work priorities and activities to accommodate business needs. The Staff Pharmacist may also train less experienced pharmacists.
