Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a pharmacist to join our team in a role focused on direct patient care and wellness services. You will contribute to disease state management, optimize medication therapy and support in managing acute and chronic conditions within a community-focused environment.

The position requires an active pharmacy license, Pharm.D or equivalent, and immunization certification, with flexible scheduling to meet patient needs and community health goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D (or equivalent FPGEC) required.
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice in good standing required.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules is required.
