Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a pharmacist to lead direct patient care and wellness services within our community pharmacies. You will play a key role in disease state management, optimizing medication therapy, and delivering patient-centered care while supporting acute and chronic condition management.

As part of a team, you will supervise technicians and interns, ensure safety and compliance, and contribute to cultural initiatives that strengthen community health and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Must have an active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all licenses in good standing.
  • Certified Immunizer Required.
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Actively delivers patient care services.
  • Supervises pharmacy technicians, clerks and pharmacy interns.
  • Embrace and champion operational excellence, ensuring a safe and compliant environment.
  • Contribute actively to the company’s cultural initiatives that enhance overall success and sustainability
