Job summary

Amsect in Columbia, MO seeks a skilled Perfusionist to join our cardiovascular team. You will operate extracorporeal circulation equipment, manage cardiopulmonary bypass, and work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other surgical staff.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited perfusion education program and is eligible for Missouri licensure, with BLS; ACLS preferred. A sign-on bonus is available for this essential role in a high-pressure surgical environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited perfusion education program.
• Certification by ABCP preferred or required within timeframe.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility if applicable.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Adult cardiac perfusion experience preferred; strong new grads considered.

Requirements

• Current or eligible Missouri licensure, if applicable

• Previous adult cardiac perfusion experience preferred, but strong new graduates may be considered
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure surgical environments
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
