Berkshire Medical Center is seeking a Staff Nurse-Satellite Practice to provide primary care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation. This is a full-time position with first shift (8:00 am–4:30 pm), 40 hours per week.

Requires RN licensure in Massachusetts and at least one year of primary care experience preferred. Benefits include health and dental insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Staff Nurse-Satellite Practice is a licensed staff nurse responsible for providing primary care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

• Minimum of one year of expereince in Primary Care is strongly preferred.

Education and Training:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Has a thorough knowledge of nursing principles and procedures.

License, Certification & Registration:

• RN License – Currently licensed as an RN in Massachusetts

Other Requirements:

• Demonstrates continuing education in accordance with state regulations.
• Assures compliance with scope of practice.

The minimum and maximum of the hourly pay range for this position is shown above. Actual rates of pay may vary based on a range of factors including but not limited to experience and qualifications.
