Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center in New York, NY seeks a Per Diem OR Nurse to join our renowned operating room team on rotating shifts. Work with highly skilled clinicians on high-acuity cases in a compassionate culture.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Nursing, a New York State RN license, and BCLS certification. CNOR preferred. Per Diem requires 1–2 shifts/month with competitive compensation and strong benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room.
• Prepare and assist with surgical procedures in a fast-paced OR setting.

This is a per diem position at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center.

You will be required to work a minimum of 1-2 shifts/month.

Preferred Criteria

• At least 2 years of acute care RN experience in the operating room
• Scrubs and circulates
• CNOR certification
