Northwestern Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Staff Nurse for the McHenry Infusion Clinic on a full-time, days schedule. The role involves a 36-hour workweek with 9-hour shifts, rotating start times between 7am-4:30pm and 8am-5:30pm, and no weekends or holidays.
You will provide patient-centered nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and uphold the organization’s standards while pursuing professional growth. Required BSN and Illinois RN license, plus BLS.

This position work 36 hours per week, 9-hour shifts. Shift times will flex between 7am-4:30pm and 8am-5:30pm. Day off during the week will be on a rotation basis. No weekends no holidays.
Staff Nurse Inpatient reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who prescribes, delegates and coordinates nursing care to the acutely ill patient through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Effectively interacts with patient, significant others, and other health team members, while maintaining ANA standards of professional nursing practice.

*Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) acceptable with commitment to obtain a BSN from an accredited program within three years of first day of employment in clinical nurse role.
