Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• ADN with matriculation in a BSN program accepted.
• Current RN License in New York State.

About This Role

The Staff Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit Float Pool at Mount Sinai Hospital provides safe, competent quality care to a designated group of patients across various units, utilizing nursing theory and research.

Requirements

**Education:**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required


• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) with matriculation in a BSN program acceptable

**Experience:**

• Relevant clinical competence in nursing practice; new graduates must possess current knowledge of the nursing process

**Licenses & Certifications:**

• Current RN License in New York State


• BLS certification required


• ACLS certification preferred


• PALS certification preferred


• NRP certification preferred
