Job summary

Natividad is seeking experienced Staff Nurse II to fill permanent full-time and per-diem vacancies across Emergency Department, ICU, Labor & Delivery, Maternal-Infant, NICU, OR, and Pediatrics.

The ideal candidate will hold a CA RN license with acute care nursing experience or be able to obtain licensure before start. A sign-on bonus may be offered for eligible hires. EOE/M/F/H/V.

Qualifications

• CA RN license and acute care nursing experience or the ability to obtain licensure prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient nursing care in Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Labor & Delivery, Maternal Infant Unit, Neonatal ICU, Operating Room, and Pediatrics.
• Assess patient condition, administer medications, coordinate with care teams and document outcomes.
• Support perioperative and peri-natal workflows as needed in a hospital setting.

• Emergency Department - Full-Time
• Intensive Care Unit - Full-Time
• Labor & Delivery - Full-Time & Per-Diem
• Maternal Infant Unit - Per-Diem
• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit - Full-Time
• Operating Room – Per Diem
• Pediatrics – Per Diem

The ideal candidates will possess a valid CA RN license and acute care nursing experience or have the ability to obtain a CA RN license prior to start of employment. Specialty experience preferred.
