Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Experience: One year recent Neonatal Level II nursery experience or KP NICU Training within past 12 months.
• Licenses: California RN license, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, Basic Life Support.

• Provide/coordinate care for patients and patient populations.
• Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by the team.
• Participate in nursing research activities as requested.

The Staff Nurse II - NICU Level II is a professional caregiver responsible for providing care to patients in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to patient advocacy and teamwork.
