Methodist Health System in Dallas seeks a Staff Nurse - 0635 to join our nursing team. In a highly technical, fast-paced setting, you will provide patient-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

You will be accountable for your performance and eager to grow professionally. Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Texas licensure is required; BSN preferred and BLS cert.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN Preferred.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification; additional certifications as required by department.

Responsabilidades

• Registered Nurse (RN) renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care.
• Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.
• Communicates clearly and openly; builds relationships to promote a collaborative environment; takes initiative for performance and professional growth.
