Job summary

Broadlawns Medical Center is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive professional nursing care in a crisis observation setting. Under supervision, you will lead by coordinating with the care team, document in the EMR, and ensure HIPAA compliance while promoting high-quality, patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates hold an Iowa RN license and a current BLS certification, with strong communication and teamwork abilities to support positive patient outcomes in a busy hospital

Qualifications

• Current Iowa-accepted RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to independent patient care.
• Demonstrated competence in computer data entry and EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive professional nursing care to assigned patients under supervision.
• Coordinate with ancillary staff to maintain standards of nursing practice.
