Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) Chenango Memorial Hospital seeks experienced Registered Nurses for the Intensive Care Unit. The base pay range for full-time positions is $84,281.00 to $114,400.00 per year, with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

This role offers multiple shifts and a comprehensive benefits package after 24 hours per week. Minimum requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current NYS RN license; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing with valid NYS RN licensure.
• BSN preferred; previous acute/ambulatory care experience desirable.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications encouraged as required by unit.
• Professional certification in a nursing specialty is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit per standards and policy.
• Monitor patient condition, document care, and coordinate with care teams.
• Support adherence to safety, ethics, and quality patient outcomes.

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:
The base pay range for full time position is $84,281.00 to $114,400.00

Primary Department, Division, or Unit:

Intensive Care Unit, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital

Primary Work Shift:

Multiple shifts available

Compensation Range:

$40.52 - $57.48 per hour, depending on experience

You will be eligible for benefits if you are hired into a regular position with at least 24 scheduled weekly hours.

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Preferred:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
• Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

• Current NYS RN License or Valid NYS Limited Permit to practice as a GN

Preferred:

• Professional certification in a related nursing specialty
• Relevant skills certification (i.e., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) as required by home unit assigned.
