Job summary

Signaturecare-Emergency-Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency department care. The RN will assess and document plans of care, coordinate with physicians, and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced ED. Texas license required with 2+ years of ER experience; BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC credentials are preferred.

Flexibility and strong communication are essential. Experience with triage, patient flow, and collaboration with ancillary staff is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years emergency room experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, or ENPC (TNCC and CEN preferred but not required).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, organize, modify, evaluate, and document the plan of care for ED patients.

The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional responsible for maintaining the standards of the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners. The RN will assess, organize, modify, evaluate, document, and maintain the plan of care for Emergency Department patients. In performing his/her professional practice the RN is responsible for maintaining quality cost-effectiveness and guest relations. Care will include individualized, holistic, family-centered, and safe care. The RN cares for patients in the age ranges listed: infants, adolescents, adults to geriatrics.
