Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse to uphold Texas Board standards. The RN assesses, organizes, and maintains the plan of care for Emergency Department patients, ensuring safe, holistic care for all ages.

The role emphasizes quality, cost-effectiveness, and guest relations in a fast-paced ED environment. The requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing or higher, Texas RN license, minimum 2 years ER experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC.

Qualifications

  • Licensed RN in Texas with current license.

  • Current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC; TNCC/CEN preferred but not required.

Job description

The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional responsible for maintaining the standards of the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners. The RN will assess, organize, modify, evaluate, document, and maintain the plan of care for Emergency Department patients. In performing his/her professional practice the RN is responsible for maintaining quality cost-effectiveness and guest relations. Care will include individualized, holistic, family-centered, and safe care. The RN cares for patients in the age ranges listed: infants, adolescents, adults to geriatrics.
