Job summary

Mural Group is hiring a senior Network Engineer to design the fabrics behind large-scale AI inference. Onsite roles in Dallas, SF, or New York with a strong emphasis on data center networks and high-speed traffic engineering.

You will own design from high-level concepts to BOMs, build labs to validate failure scenarios, and drive automation standards while mentoring junior engineers. Competitive salary with bonus and equity offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing large-scale data center networks.
• Deep TCP/IP and BGP; EVPN/VXLAN.
• 100G/400G Ethernet, optics and cabling.
• Python and API-driven automation.

Responsibilities

• Own data center and AI cluster network design, from high-level design to BOM review.
• Design leaf-spine fabrics for front-end, back-end and storage networks.
• Plan capacity and traffic engineering for high-bandwidth AI workloads.
• Build labs and validate failure scenarios.
• Drive network automation and observability standards, and mentor engineers.
