You’ll own end-to-end Swift and Kotlin surfaces and drive the agentic translation workflow from React Native to native, shaping quality and performance for millions of users. You’ll improve developer experience, from faster builds and streamlined local development to robust CI/CD and tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mobile software engineering on iOS or Android.
• Proven ability to ship high-quality mobile apps at scale.
• Experience with native Swift or Kotlin and cross-platform exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and delivery of native app surfaces in Swift and Kotlin.
• Lead the agentic translation workflow and automation decisions.
• Own developer experience and CI/CD reliability for the native codebase.
• Shape synchronization strategy between native and React Native during transition.
• Mentor L3-L5 mobile engineers and promote best practices.
