Motion Recruitment in Woburn, MA is seeking a Staff MLOps Engineer to own the production lifecycle of computer vision models powering automotive service applications. This senior role requires containerized, GPU-accelerated inference, scalable CI/CD pipelines, and hands-on cloud architecture expertise.

You will lead data and model improvement lifecycles, implement reproducible evaluation, and steward deployments from MVP to production at scale.

Competenze

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience owning ML systems in production.
• Proven track record with computer vision or ML pipelines.
• Deep experience with segmentation and classification models.

Mansioni

• Own the architecture and operation of the multi-stage computer vision inference pipeline.
• Re-architect MVP infrastructure into scalable production serving platform.
• Design containerized inference infra with GPU acceleration, batching, autoscaling.
• Own deployment, versioning, staged rollouts, canary testing, and rollback.
• Build data and model improvement lifecycle from collection to deployment.
• Set up dataset versioning and reproducible evaluation processes.
• Monitor model performance and detect drift in production.
• Define and monitor ML metrics including latency and inference cost.
• Establish MLOps foundations: experiment tracking, CI/CD, IaC.
• Collaborate on cloud architecture with Google Cloud Platform best practices.
