Doma Technology LLC is hiring a Staff ML Engineer to build and deploy production‑grade ML systems for title insurance and real estate. You will own scalable ML products powering risk assessment, underwriting, and operational efficiency, blending deep technical execution with cross‑functional collaboration.

You will design, implement, and monitor models end‑to‑end, collaborate with data engineers and product teams, and apply advanced ML techniques in a regulated, high‑impact domain.

Qualifications

• 6+ years developing and deploying models in production environments.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Git, and Docker.
• Strong experience with supervised learning on tabular data.
• Experience monitoring models in production for drift and degradation.
• Strong applied statistics and metric decomposition.
• Experience leading complex, ambiguous ML projects with leadership.
• Familiar with current AI tooling and staying up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ML systems across the full lifecycle.
• Serve as domain expert on title risk and underwriting for ML applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and domain experts to deploy ML solutions.
• Conduct analyses and experiments to inform modeling decisions.
