Job summary

Ping Identity seeks a Senior ML Engineer on the Data Platform team to design and implement AI governance across enterprise AI platforms (Bedrock, Vertex AI, Copilot, Azure AI Foundry). Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance and product teams to move governance concepts from design to deployment, building scalable pipelines and ensuring observability.

Requirements: Java and Python, 6+ years in ML engineering, experience with Spark/Beam/Flink, BigQuery, SQL/NoSQL, Elasticsearch, and

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Java and Python experience.
• Extensive ML engineering experience with scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with Spark, Beam, or Flink and BigQuery/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI governance capabilities across AI platforms.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery with modular design and observability.
• Evolve Identity Governance capabilities (SoD, workflows) with performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Support and customer teams to resolve issues and improve reliability.
• Ensure ops readiness with logging, metrics, and alerts.
• Document architecture and governance processes.
