Anduril Industries in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer for the Connected Warfare team to own and evolve the mechanical systems of a fielded product. You will drive the design lifecycle, validate performance, and ensure field readiness, directly affecting defense capabilities.
You will lead CAD-to-prototype work, integrate subsystems like LiDAR and power, and coordinate fabrication and testing. Travel to exercises may be required to gather feedback from warfighters.

We develop next‑generation capabilities that put advanced technology directly in the hands of operators, enhancing operational effectiveness and survivability. This team is responsible for taking innovative concepts from prototype to fieldable product on aggressive timelines.
WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Senior Mechanical Engineer on the Connected Warfare team, you will take immediate and comprehensive ownership of the mechanical systems for a critical product already in production. This pivotal role involves driving its continuous improvement, evolution, and scalability, directly impacting global defense capabilities in an ever changing battlefield.

US Salary Range
$209,000—$242,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
