Overview

Join our innovative Analytics team and help enable a world-class Marketing organization. As a Staff Marketing Data Analyst, you will serve as the dedicated analytics partner to Marketing, using data, measurement, and experimentation to improve customer acquisition, marketing efficiency, and business growth. You will independently own complex analyses and measurement frameworks, translate data into actionable recommendations, and help Marketing leaders understand what is working, why it is working, and where to invest next. The successful candidate will combine deep marketing analytics expertise, analytical rigor, and strong business judgment with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without direct people-management responsibility.

What You'll Do

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other teams to improve marketing data quality, align data requirements, and ensure measurement approaches are consistent and trusted.

  • Independently lead actionable insights and deep-dive analyses that optimize customer acquisition, channel performance, campaign effectiveness, and marketing investment.

  • Own and advance multi-touch attribution (MTA), marketing mix modeling (MMM), and other measurement approaches to evaluate ROI across paid media, organic, and other marketing channels.

  • Design and scale experimentation approaches, including A/B testing and incrementality studies, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform investment decisions.

  • Define, monitor, and interpret core marketing KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and campaign ROI, to assess marketing efficiency and growth performance.

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to Marketing leaders, challenging assumptions and translating complex analytical findings into clear recommendations and business actions.

  • Raise the analytical bar across the team by sharing best practices, improving measurement standards, and coaching peers on marketing analytics methods and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a related quantitative field, with demonstrated ownership of complex analytical work.

  • Master's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative field.

  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or a similar analytical programming language.

  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker or similar platforms.

  • Deep understanding of marketing data, measurement, experimentation, and performance analysis, with demonstrated ability to independently translate insights into business action.

  • Experience with paid media and acquisition channels, including channel performance metrics and measurement approaches.

  • Hands‑on knowledge of mobile app marketing analytics and MMPs, with AppsFlyer and SSOT experience strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior Marketing partners and drive decisions through data without formal authority.

  • Familiarity with modern data platforms and analytics workflows, such as Snowflake, AWS, dbt, or similar technologies.
