Job summary

Phantom is building advanced ML systems in a fully remote setup. You will own end-to-end ML model lifecycles that influence user acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

You will establish rigorous experimentation frameworks and collaborate with Product and Growth to turn business hypotheses into concrete ML problems. The role includes mentoring senior engineers and contributing to a culture of technical excellence, with continuous learning and a supportive remote environment.
