Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer - Mobile to lead design, development, and delivery of scalable iOS solutions for enterprise teams. You will work with senior engineers on architecture, performance, and integration of mobile features, mentoring juniors and driving quality throughout the SDLC.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in software development, 3+ years in native iOS and Swift, exposure to AI tools like Claude, and experience with CI/CD and observability

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development life cycle experience.
• 3+ years of native iOS development and features.
• 3+ years of native mobile apps testing processes and tools.
• 3+ years of Swift language.
• At least 1 year of experience using AI tools such as Claude.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable native iOS solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with senior engineers.
• Provide input on performance optimization and scalability to ensure objectives are met.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with team members to align on technical decisions and deliver high-quality code.
• Adopt mobile best practices and new technologies to improve productivity and quality.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops within the team.
• Collaborate with other developers to implement features and mentor junior engineers.
