Qualifications

8+ years software engineering with 6+ years shipping production iOS apps in Swift.
Deep expertise in iOS frameworks: SwiftUI, UIKit, concurrency, MVVM/VIPER.
Experience with on-device ML: Core ML, Vision, NL, on-device LLM.
Strong collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Own the technical vision and multi-quarter iOS roadmap across Workforce Solutions.
Write high-quality, scalable, performance-focused code.
Design modular components and shared frameworks for faster delivery.
Lead cross-team initiatives, assess trade-offs, manage risks.
