Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Staff iOS Developer Experience (DevXP) Engineer to build and improve iOS tooling, integration with AI agents, and end-to-end CI/CD workflows for the Slack iOS app. You will mentor engineers, raise the bar on design, and own substantial parts of Slack's iOS codebase in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

You will work with Bazel, Swift, Python, and Xcode tools, focusing on agentic SDLC workflows, automated testing, and KPI-driven optimization of build and merge times.
