Nemours Children’s Health is seeking a Staff Interior Designer to join our Capital Planning team in Wilmington, DE. This role supports design projects across the Delaware Valley, including clinic, administrative, retail, and hospital environments, with a focus on creating functional, welcoming, and standards-driven spaces that support our mission of improving children’s health.
In this role, you will partner closely with Construction Project Managers, Facilities leaders, end users, vendors, and design partners to support space planning, furniture planning and specifications, finish selections, installation coordination, and project documentation. You will help bring design concepts to life while ensuring furniture, finish, space, infection control, and healthcare design standards are maintained.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated by the opportunity to grow within a mission-driven healthcare environment. You bring strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a willingness to do what it takes to support successful projects.
