Job summary

Google is seeking an Interaction Designer to transform complex tasks into intuitive experiences for billions. You'll create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management to evolve the Google design language.

In the Search team, you'll tackle challenging engineering problems to deliver accessible, useful experiences worldwide. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and education or training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design or UX.

Responsibilities

• Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies.
• Lead the development of innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems.

• Provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation or user research/testing.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
