Job summary

Google is seeking a software engineer to lead and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects across distributed teams. You will influence priorities, design architectures, and drive initiatives that affect billions of users and Google's AI and infrastructure platforms.

You will work on end-to-end development, testing, deployment, and refinement of software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable systems at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or with compute/storage/hardware.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
• Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
• Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
