Reflection.AI is seeking a Member of Technical Staff - Infrastructure Security to secure our multi‑cloud Kubernetes environments. You will build security controls from the ground up, outline a long‑term security vision, and define a roadmap to fulfill it.

You will perform hands‑on engineering, implement auditable controls, and partner with platform teams to harden infrastructure while enabling scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Deep experience securing Kubernetes clusters and hardening containerized workloads.
• Experience with managed Kubernetes services (e.g., GKE).
• Comfort using CI/CD systems such as ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with Rancher and Helm for Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience hardening artifact repositories and secure build provenance.
• Ability to translate unclear security requirements into concrete improvements.
• Experience with Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Experience with neocloud GPU providers (VoltagePark, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python or Golang; hands-on engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Audit and harden geographically dispersed multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters.
• Unify and harden authentication across Kubernetes clusters.
• Design and enforce centralized, auditable Kubernetes authorization policies.
• Automate monitoring and benchmarking of Kubernetes security posture.
• Develop defense-in-depth boundaries around containerized workloads.
• Build and deploy tooling to support incident detection and response for Kubernetes.
