Tetrix in New York seeks an experienced Infra/DevOps engineer to design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure for a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform. You will own AWS CDK deployments, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security, and internal tooling to support high-volume document ingestion and real-time analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating reliable cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK, databases, queues, caches.

Responsibilities

• You’re an experienced Infra/DevOps engineer – 8+ years building and operating reliable cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK (databases, queues, caches, etc.), CI/CD pipelines, logging, observability, internal tooling for developer efficiency, and scalable systems, ideally in fast‑paced or entrepreneurial environments. Bonus points if you’ve contributed to open source.

What you’ll do

• You’ll build upon our infrastructure and internal tooling foundation – designing scalable, reliable systems for high‑volume document ingestion, AI‑powered data pipelines, telemetry/observability, and deployment workflows that keep our platform running smoothly for enterprise customers and internal teams.
• You’ll brainstorm – we’re not looking for someone to just take tickets; we want you in the room helping us shape product direction and tech strategy.
• You’ll work with clients – from pitching customers to designing features to soliciting feedback, you’ll do some non‑engineering work. We believe in all‑rounded team members.
• You’ll champion best practices and guide others – as a B2B SaaS platform, our technology needs to be secure, robust and scalable. You’ll help set and maintain standards and mentor future team members.
