You will design governance, provision/deprovision workflows, and integrate with ServiceNow, Workday, and cloud platforms while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Identity Governance and Access Management solutions for large-scale environments.
• 3+ years of architecture and design experience.
• 3+ years of AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud experience.
• Experience designing joiner/mover/leaver workflows and provisioning automations.
• Knowledge of security protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and AD/LDAP.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, Build and Manage scalable Identity Governance solutions.
• Drive adoption of RBAC, ABAC and SOD controls.
• Implement Just-in-Time provisioning and lifecycle workflows.
• Lead design sessions and technology reviews across teams.
• Build backend APIs and services exposing identity capabilities.
• Mentor team and propagate best practices.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and application groups.
• Stay ahead of identity trends to enhance data protection strategies.
