Job summary

Ideal candidates have a BS in Geotechnical/Civil/Geological Engineering and 0–2 years of geotechnical experience in Colorado, with strong soil mechanics and communication skills. This is an exempt, full-time position with varying hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering (or related field).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering (Colorado preferred).
• Proficiency in soil mechanics and geotechnical analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct geotechnical exploration programs.
• Perform field and laboratory investigations to assess subsurface and site conditions.
• Analyze geotechnical findings and perform engineering calculations.
• Prepare geotechnical reports and documentation for review by senior engineers.
• Support and guide field inspection teams during site activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely project completion.
• Assist with evaluating team performance and identifying training needs.
• Perform general office administrative tasks as needed.

We are seeking a Staff Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Colorado. Compensation:

$75,000 to 90,000 annual salary

What You'll Be Doing

What You Have
