Build a best-in-class therapist practice management platform, including scheduling, AI-assisted clinical documentation, and payment management features.
Build interfaces and APIs for patient and provider communication, personalized experiences, and engagement tools.
Design and build systems managing clinical data, treatment plans, and progress notes with AI-powered clinical intelligence.
Develop products and tooling to streamline insurance credentialing and help providers become in-network.
Own tools and experiences for acquiring providers and helping existing providers bring patients onto the platform.
Build systems, tools, and processes that improve engineering velocity and enable rapid, safe, reliable product delivery.
Shape the roadmap and technical strategy with a cross-functional leadership team.
Own work end to end, from database schema and API architecture through frontend user experiences.
Make technical decisions for maintainability and scale, improve tooling and automation, establish engineering patterns, mentor engineers, and contribute to design discussions and code reviews.

Requirements

End-to-end fullstack product-building ability across backend logic, API architecture, frontend state management, and user experience.
Experience turning ambiguous problems into shipped software and defining solutions across teams.
Ability to make technical decisions optimizing for maintainability and scale.
Ability to improve tooling, automation, engineering velocity, and software quality.
Experience mentoring engineers, leading design discussions, and conducting educational code reviews.
Ability to ship quickly, iterate based on user feedback, and work effectively amid shifting priorities.
Ability to learn complex healthcare domains, including payers, regulations, and exceptions; prior healthcare experience is not required.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Experience experimenting with LLMs in code generation, operational automation, or developer tooling, and ability to apply AI responsibly in healthcare.
Proficiency with TypeScript and Python 3.
Experience with React, Remix, or Next.js.
Experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Postgres, Redis, or Snowflake.
Experience with AWS, Temporal, or Kafka.
Familiarity with Datadog, Sentry, or PagerDuty.
Familiarity with Cursor, Claude, Gemini, or Eddy.

Core Competencies

Demonstrates end-to-end fullstack product-building ability, with proficiency in TypeScript and Python 3, and experience in developing AI-assisted clinical documentation and patient management systems. Capable of making technical decisions for maintainability and scale while mentoring engineers and improving engineering velocity.
