Job description

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, Series B SaaS company in NYC building an AI-powered data and intelligence platform. They’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to take technical ownership of critical product features, influence architecture, and help scale the engineering organization.

Location: New York City - Hybrid, 4 days/week in office

Type: Full-time

What you’ll do

• Own complex features and systems end-to-end, from architecture through production

Frontend: TypeScript, React, Node.js

AI/Dev Tools: Cursor, Claude Code

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years software engineering experience, at least 1 year at staff level
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or TypeScript
• Proven experience owning and shipping complex, scalable applications
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Experience using modern AI development tools
