Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer for the ArsenalOS Deployment initiative. You will build full-stack web applications powering daily planning, work assignment, and dashboards on the factory floor, with offline-capable interfaces for network-constrained environments.

You will own manufacturing software requirements end to end, determine build vs. extend decisions, and work across MES/ERP and adjacent capabilities.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
Expertise in full-stack web development with frontend and backend mastery.
Experience building offline-capable web apps and PWAs.
Experience with high-availability, low-latency systems in real-world environments.
US Person status required due to export controlled data.

Responsibilities

Build full-stack web applications for daily production planning and dashboards on the factory floor.
Develop offline-capable, mobile-friendly interfaces for constrained environments.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and operators to translate workflows into software requirements.
Write production-quality code with tests and participate in code reviews.
Design and implement offline-first architectures with service workers and local storage.
Architect data synchronization between edge devices and backends, with conflict resolution.
Deploy and operate systems in factory environments including OT networks.
Mentor junior engineers and set technical direction for resilient manufacturing software.
