Capital One is seeking a Staff Full-stack Engineer to join the Servicing Platform. You will lead as a technical contributor, define bold domain vision, decompose problems, and guide architecture and API standards across teams.

You will mentor engineers, drive modernization to microservices and event-driven platforms, and collaborate with product and architecture leaders to raise the bar on performance, security, and operability.
