Job summary

WellRithms, Inc. is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to serve as a senior technical leader. This role blends hands-on development with mentorship, cloud architecture, and cross-team influence to drive scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS.

You will guide architecture, promote engineering best practices, and help shape platform decisions while mentoring teammates and delivering high-quality software through collaboration and influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• 3+ years building and operating production workloads on AWS.
• Experience designing APIs, integrations, cloud-native applications, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with core AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, Step Functions, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and modern software delivery practices.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
