Location: Raleigh-Durham, NC (Hybrid) or Remote

The Opportunity

Our Client is looking for a senior-level engineer to lead the evolution of high-traffic service architectures. In this role, you will be at the forefront of merging modern software engineering with emerging AI technologies to enhance global user experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Rapid Innovation: Build and iterate on advanced functional prototypes for personalized learning paths, performance diagnostics, and real-time instructional support tools.
• AI Benchmarking: Stay current on the rapidly shifting landscape of machine learning and large language models (LLMs), conducting performance tests to determine their viability for production experiments.
• Architectural Stewardship: Direct technical roadmaps and scope high-impact R&D projects, ensuring long-term system scalability and reliability.
• Cross-Functional Sync: Work closely with frontend and backend specialists to deploy unified solutions across diverse web and mobile environments.
• Team Development: Foster a high-standard engineering culture through detailed code reviews, architectural mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
