SoFi in New York is seeking a Staff Fraud Risk Analyst to architect and scale analytics that defend transactions and protect customers. You will lead cross‑functional efforts and translate complex risks into business rules, balancing security with a smooth customer journey.
The role requires expert SQL/Python skills and a proven track record in reducing losses while preserving user experience across MFA/3DS and tokenization workflows.
We are searching for a passionate Staff Fraud Risk Analyst who is highly self‑motivated, analytical, with a decent understanding of debit card fraud transactions and account takeover fraud strategies. This role will work on fraud strategies at banking transactional stages during customer journey, implement effective fraud strategies to help our platform realize a safer, more transparent and secure environment. This role will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure strategy performances while maintaining a smooth customer experience.
