Qualifications
- 8+ years building and owning production software.
- Staff-level scope and judgment.
- Full-stack engineering skills with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities.
- Product mindset with stakeholder fluency.
- Fast delivery with emphasis on correctness.
- Comfort with AI-assisted development.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities
