Responsibilities

• Build assistant experiences across web and document-based workflows.
• Design product patterns for scheduled work, durable agent runs, approvals, progress, and recovery.
• Create reusable workflow and prompt libraries for consistent results.
• Provide clear controls, feedback loops, and explanations for agent behavior.
• Connect telemetry and evaluations to measure and improve quality.
• Work across frontend and backend to ship complete, reliable features.
• Collaborate with product, AI Strategy, and AI engineers from discovery to launch.
