Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading design, development and deployment of software for BMCs.
• Strong Linux kernel and embedded software expertise, with knowledge of common bus interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of software for board management controllers and orchestration software using the BMC to monitor and maintain devices.
• Provide technical leadership to a sizable team of engineers and serve as a go-to expert in key areas.
• Review customer requirements/specifications, act as primary customer contact, and analyze trade-offs in complex systems while guiding project planning and risk management.
